Variety

100% Ormeasco – an indigenous Ligurian variety, related to Piedmont's Dolcetto, which authentically expresses the character and uniqueness of the local terroir.

Winemaking

Ormeasco di Pornassio Superiore is crafted through meticulous vinification in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Prolonged maceration allows for full extraction of color and tannins, followed by aging in oak barrels in select vintages to enrich the wine with complex and structured nuances, while preserving the authenticity of the grape variety.
