Nirasco Bianco

In the heart of the Valle Arroscia, amidst vineyards stretching up to 500 meters above sea level, Nirasco Bianco is born—a wine that reveals the distinctive character of a territory rich in history and tradition. Made from Ormeasco grapes, an indigenous Ligurian variety, this white wine embodies the perfect balance between the freshness of nature and the passion of those who nurture every single vineyard.

The vines, with an average age of 20 years, are cultivated using the traditional Guyot system in an ideal climate that provides high sun exposure and constant ventilation thanks to the proximity to the sea. The harvest, which takes place at the end of August, marks the moment when the grapes reach perfect ripeness, ready to express their freshness. White vinification, with gentle pressing and only free-run juice without skin contact, preserves the delicacy and purity of the natural aromas.

On the nose, Nirasco Bianco reveals a fresh and enveloping bouquet: delicate floral notes intertwine with fruity hints of green apple and citrus, enriched by a herbaceous touch and echoes of the Mediterranean scrub. An elegant and fresh aromatic profile, evoking the scents of Ligurian nature.

On the palate, the wine is fresh and savory, with lively acidity that imparts a pleasant lightness and excellent drinkability to each sip. The 6-month maturation in stainless steel enhances the freshness of the grapes, giving the wine a clean and harmonious finish, with a slight minerality that enriches its flavor.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with typical seafood dishes from the region, Nirasco Bianco enhances the flavor of Sanremo prawns, crustaceans, and fried mixed seafood. A wine that tells the story of the freshness and purity of Valle Arroscia, inviting those who taste it to discover a corner of Liguria rich in winemaking and culinary traditions.
