In the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori, on the hills embracing Sanremo, the Vermentino of this small yet prestigious winery is born. A perfect fusion of tradition and innovation, this white wine represents the authentic soul of the territory, where ancient winemaking practices intertwine with modern techniques to create a product of great character.
The vines, cultivated on mineral-rich soils overlooking the Ligurian coast, benefit from an ideal climate to best express their qualities. The harvest, which takes place at the end of September, is the culmination of a year of careful vineyard management, and the white vinification process, with gentle pressing and the use of selected yeasts, ensures the preservation of the grapes' full purity.
On the palate, the wine is fresh, savory, and surprisingly balanced, with lively acidity that stimulates the taste buds and enhances its structure. The maturation in stainless steel, Clayver, and barrels for at least 9 months bestows upon the Vermentino a perfect harmony between freshness and softness, with a finish that leaves a delightful and long-lasting mineral persistence.
Ideal for pairing with local seafood cuisine, Vermentino from Sanremo enhances dishes based on fresh fish and seafood, while also perfectly complementing more refined dishes and light salads. A wine that narrates the beauty of the Ligurian territory, inviting those who taste it to discover the harmony between tradition and innovation, just like the sea that has always kissed these lands.
